CANCELLATION:

Products that have a monthly charge will be billed on a monthly basis . Your billing cycle begins from your order date.  If you cancel your subscription prior to your bill date you will not be charged.  Cancellation of service will be effective immediately. Refunds will not be given for cancellations made after the bill date. Termination will be effective at the end of the billing cycle.   Refunds will not be given for previous months.  Refunds will not be given for yearly subscriptions after the third business day. A 30 day risk free trial, money back guarantee, is offered with the trade alert service. The monthly subscription fee will not be charged within the first 30 days. Charges will begin the next billing cycle automatically. Cancellations can be made at anytime, with a written email to sales@4xconnection.com, during the first 30 days at no charge to the customer. Cancellalations must be made prior to billing that will occur on day 30. Accounts will not be suspended during the free trial. If you choose not to continue with the service, your subscription will be terminated at no charge. Upon signing up for the alert service again after a cancellation, you will be billed for the monthly charge.

REFUND:  

 Refunds on educational material, trainings, or coaching sessions will not be given after the 3rd day of the order date.  In order to receive a refund, an email must be sent to sales@4xconnection.com requesting a refund along with your email address, products you are returning, reason for return, and contact information.
